Public Consulting Group (PCG) is working with the State of Maine, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) to conduct a rate determination process for certain Home and Community Based Services found under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29, 42, 96, & 102, of the MaineCare Benefits Manual (MBM). The comprehensive list of service codes included in this rate determination can be found on the Rate Reform website.
Information regarding this survey
The information collected in this survey is to inform the rate determination process through understanding the various nuances associated with delivering the included services, in the State of Maine. This includes organization-level, as well as service code-level questions, both of which will enable us to accurately capture the various factors that impacts service delivery.
We ask that you complete the survey to the best of your ability, answering as many questions as you can. However, we understand that some of the data points requested in the survey may not be available to you. You may leave such questions blank.
PCG will be available to work one-on-one with you to assist you in finding and/or developing answers for questions that you do not have the data handy for.
